We have been looking at your first impressions of the Shrouded Sky update and we’ve been loving seeing you engage with the Firefly and Comet and exploring the Hurricane Map Condition.

There have been some issues that arose since the update and they haven’t gone unnoticed. Some of you are experiencing crashes and the team is actively investigating them and working on solutions.

We have also seen that the Patchwork outfit is not displaying correctly for those of you who have previously departed on your first expedition and it offers a sneak peek on what’s to come. We will address this to ensure the correct rewards are shown for all players, whether you proceed to the second expedition or choose to stay.

We understand your frustrations with the new crafting recipes. We adjusted the Wolfpack recipe by adding a Rocketeer Driver and removing two Explosive Compounds to bring the ratio of cost vs effectiveness more in line with the trend of other items. Wolfpacks offered a lot for their cost (fast deployment, auto-tracking, and very high damage), so rather than diminish the capability of the Wolfpack itself, we opted to adjust the crafting components to better reflect its power.

When it comes to your feedback about the weapon balancing, we wanted to give you a quick update on the current work being done. We see your comments about the need to adjust the effectiveness of the IL Toro and that work is currently underway but our goal is to approach these changes carefully to ensure they’re well-tested before going live. Balancing weapons is an ongoing priority for the team. We regularly analyze telemetry and read community discussions to ensure changes are informed and measured.
